Window sash balancer

Question

This is the balancer in our Andersen windows that need to be replaced, but I'm not sure of the part number. Can you help me identify it? Thanks in advance. Michele

Thanks for posting. See our 24-737. This can replace Andersen sash balances with the 7#27', or '727' stamp. Let me know if you have further questions.
