Hi To whom it may concern,

Issue: Window sash balances damaged The measurement of the metal channel is 26.5 inches, so i could not find the parts. Would you please help me?

Hello, Lily. We can help with this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, can you just tell me the stamp printed on the metal channel? Can you also show me a picture of the metal clip at the end of the cord? Finally, how many did you need?
