This looks like a top sash guide of some kind, but I'm not familiar with this design. It looks like part of it may have broken off. Can you show me an undamaged piece? Specifically, I need to see it from the front and side. Think of it like a mug shot.

Here are a few more. While the screw hole is damaged, the original was not longer for example.
