These are 30 year old Milgard aluminum windows. I was replacing the channels (26 4 DO Caldwell ) when I realized that some of the cams were broken. I'm hoping you have these!

This old Milgard top sash guide is unfortunately not made anymore, and is not something we can supply. That said we do sell the 18-009, which we have successfully used as an alternative. The catch is that you need to trim off the top "lip" so that it fits in the space available.
