Can someone suggest the right balances needed for my sash windows. Note, I'm a new owner, and have very little history on the property. The present balances may not be the right size.
Window sash channel balance needed:(2x types)
-Stamped model number: 28 3 EK Caldwell
-Window is 19 lbs
-Balance is 28" long (metal only)
-Stamped model number: 28 4 FK Caldwell
-Window is 34 lbs
-Balance is 28" long (metal only)

Sure! We can definitely help you replace these. I would recommend our Series 390, which comes with a 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom. As long as those match up to your nylon ends in size and style, you should be okay. I can attest they match up in style, but you'll have to measure yours to confirm the sizes are the same.
I would also double check the length of the metal channel for these balances. Stamps that start with "28" should measure 29" long.
