Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exact match for your top sash guide. Therefore, I recommend to start with reviewing and comparing your measurements to our 18-008 and our 18-008H.

We've noticed that your hole is in a bottom position, compared to the 18-008H where the hole is in an upper position. The 18-008 may be better but our fear is that the more vertical hole won't be long enough to align with your original holes at the top of the guide.

Your best solution might be to use the 18-008H and drill for the hole, since there's more room for it
