Window sash latches

A handy person from Morristown nj says:

These latches are on 22 year old Marvin double hung windows. The center to center measurement on the large piece is 2 1/16...other measurements are in one of my photos.
The only markings are on large piece. It says "lock". There is a patent number underneath. 5.110.165
