Wow, this one is a bit weird. I'm not sure if we have a good match. Can you tell me the distance between the two screw holes, center-to-center? Could you also flip the lever and show me what the locking sweep looks like? Finally, what's the distance between the screw hole centers and the back, glass-facing edge of the lock housing? This measurement is referred to as the offset.

Hi Tom. Thanks for your help! The distance is 2.5" between the screw holes. I'm not sure how to measure the offset because the screw holes are recessed. Best estimate is about 1/4 inch. A photo of the back is attached. Thanks again!

Thanks again for waiting while we looked into this. I'm afraid I couldn't find anything that matches these specifications. I was kind of hoping that our 90-005 might work, since it looks like it has a similar function, but the hole spacing is too different at 2-1/4" with a 3/8" offset.

You could potentially get our 90-005 to work still if you redrill the installation holes, but you'll be cutting it close. I'm not entirely optimistic. Sorry that we can't find anything better for you.
