Window is from the company Empire Pacific Windows. The letter L is on the lock, also 8-9 it is white in color.

Take a look at our 90-274 and 90-278 sash locks and see if either of these matches up to yours. Make sure to compare all our dimensions to your own hardware, paying close attention to the distance between the mounting holes.
Empire Pacific hasn't made windows in some time and their face mount keeper is a bit unusual. Take a look at the 90-301 and see if you could adapt this to your window. Thanks for posting!
