Window sash opener

Question

I ordered 30 of these that did not fit. The prongs were too wide and too long. I am returning them today and have included an old one to help identify.
The return policy said I must reorder them. I'll be glad to do so if I can know what to order.

Please see our 26-234 latch actuator. This may be what you want. It's important to compare your dimensions to ours, just to be sure.
