Hi, this is a #4 coil assembly for a small single bathroom window. As you can see, the plastic part is broken. Can you help me Identify the part I need? Thanks so much.

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-180, which uses the Series 190 coil springs. Yours would use the S190-440. We also offer the 15-186 support and 15-182 bushing used with this assembly. Take a look at the specifications to confirm they match your original hardware. You'll also need to locate the numbers on your coil springs to choose the corresponding strength options. Thank you for your prompt response and help with the part I need. I just ordered the plastic pivot shoe. It's really the only thing that is broken. If the part is correct I'll probably order some extra ones to keep on hand. Thank you again.
