Original Windows house built in 1999. I measured the bottom of the pivot bar. It was 2-1/2 to the edge of the window. Also it has one screw on the bottom side and one screw on the side. I am seeking a replacement part.

Hello there. This looks like a Certainteed pivot bar that was discontinued. Certainteed replaced it with the 26-175 pair. Take a look and see if you think this could work for your window.

Did the 26-175 supersede 26-353 or that's not the correct part?

The 26-353 looks similar, but it's a blockier version and typically the 26-175 is what is needed to replace your older pivot bar. But please review the 26-353 dimensions below. Compare both with your old pivot bar to see what matches best.
