I have all the measurements in the pictures I'm trying to find a replacement for this pivot shoe for all my windows

Thanks for your post! This shoe reminds me of the 17-059 Sash Balance Bracket. To determine if this is the correct replacement match, be sure to double check the dimensions below.

These are typically used with 3/8" non-tilt spiral balances.
