Window sash problem

I'm working on windows that won't stay up , so I don't know what the window made ,but it is tilt in window and I believe it is vynil and I'm assuming the spring isn't good , so are you selling any accessories for all kind of windows ?

It sounds like you need a new type of balance. We sell a ton of different kinds, but I'm not sure what you have. I'd need you to remove the original and show me a couple of photos of it without obstruction. It is also important that we see a damaged that is undamaged and still intact, that way we can be sure nothing is missing or broken off.

These numbers don't help much, unfortunately. In order to proceed, I will need the information previously requested. Since I can at least tell that this is a channel balance, I can now be more specific about what photos I need after the balance is removed from the window: I need to see the top end, bottom end, and then whatever hook, shoe, or clip is at the end of the cord.
