We'd be happy to look into this for you but I can't quite make out the style of the bottom fitting attached to your balance channel. If you could show us a clear photo of the front of the fitting and the clip used to attach the top of the balance to the jamb, we can go from there. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you have skinny ribbed balances used with the 15-230 T-lock shoe shown below. We can supply them but it will need to be a custom order. We'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two.

Great, before we send over the order link, we'd like to confirm if your balance has a screw tab or hook attached to the end of the pulley cord. It looks like it may be a hook based on your photo but we want to be sure before sending you an order link.
