Thanks for posting. This looks like it might be the S378-24, S380-24 or S385-24 Channel Balance. The only difference between these three channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best.

You then have to choose a stamp option, which reflects the strength of the balance. Your old balance's stamp of 2930 is from an outdated rating system. To know what weight to select, you can weigh the window sash--however, I am fairly certain that extra number of '26' means the sash weighs 26 pounds, and therefore you can choose the 2350, which will support a sash in the weight range of 23 through 27 pounds.
