Window sash replacement

Measurements 1/2". Metal end to metal end not including plastic attachements: 26 3/4" with plastic the complete length is 28"

Please advise correct parts replacement.

Thanks for posting, Debra. Take a look at our S385-27 channel balance. This looks like it could possibly work for you. Can you just confirm the exact length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp, it should be 27".
