Window sash replacement

Need a replacment for the sash guide. markings on the piece are:
PAT: 5.353.548

on the window guide that the metal rod goes into has the number 2 on it. It is a two part piece. pictures has the measurements but
Length- from long point to long point of teeth- 4"
width- 2 3/16"
depth- 9/16"

Hello there. This is a coil balance assembly. This looks like the 15-087 Pivot shoe and 15-086 Tandem Housing. These parts work with the Series 180 Coil Balance springs, sold separately. Let me know if you have any questions about this hardware.
