Window sash replacement.

Good morning, I need help identifying the parts I need to get the windows in my new to me home working. I attached pictures that I think explain all the measurements. The only one I didn't include are the sash dia. which was 5/8th inch. It also seems as I need the hardware for the top of the lower pane that works with the sash. Thanks in advance, Jimmy
