Window sash shoe

Thanks for reaching out! We can supply a replacement for this balance. Can you confirm whether the hole at the top of the window, where the hook installs, is a square or circular shape?

Okay, perfect! You'll need the S795-27 with a 27C stamp. The shoe appears to have a 1" width, so you'll also need the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe. These are fairly easy to swap out with the shoe that comes installed on the balance.

Since the hole is square shape, you'll also need the 26-200 Balance Screw Plug and 33-016 screw for the installation. 

Please see the tutorials below for instructions on how to install the balances with the screw plug and how to swap out the shoe, if needed.
