Looks like you need a new channel balance. We should definitely be able to supply this, but I need a bit more information before I make my recommendation. Specifically, can you show me a clearer photo of the clip at the end of the cord? This is how your balance installs in the track at the top. I can't really make it out from that photo and it is an important detail. Thanks!

Thanks! I recommend our S795-26 channel balance. I'm very confident that this will work for you, but there is one thing you need to consider. The S795-26 comes with a 'closed' cam by default. Your cam is open, which means you need to purchase our 15-195B separately and swap them out when you get them. The video below explains in more detail.
