Window sash spiral stuck

Hello,

It looks like you have a balance aligner similar to the 26-139 that's stuck in the jamb opening. You'll need to push it back into place before removing the balance by following the video below. From there, we'll need to know if your spiral balance tube measures 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter.

We'll also need you to remove the pivot shoe in order to write out the exact width and thickness. Thank you!
