Window sash springs

I am trying to figure out how to remove the Springs to replace some in my windows but I can't figure out how to remove this from inside the track. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Please watch the video below which shows how to remove and replace coil balance systems. If you can show me the pivot shoe that the coils attach to, I can tell you the replacements you need.

The top latches and bottom pivot I will replace as well.
Can you please tell me stock numbers for these parts and the coul balance?

For the tilt latches, see our 26-243 and 26-244. For the pivot bar, see our 26-030. Again, for the pivot shoe and coil balances I will need to see the pivot shoe out of the window for full identification. Many thanks.
