Thanks for reaching out to us, Joe. Your top sash guide looks very similar to our 18-015, which is a newer style PGT top sash guide. We have known this guide to be very popular in Florida. The new top sash guide should be able to replace the older one. Just review our measurements to make sure this is compatible with your part.
