Window sash top guide

I must have ordered the wrong size. I assumed the 5/8 were universal. These measure top to bottom 2 1/4 inch. Top to top hole 1 1/8 inch and side to side 5/8 inch. Can you please help me out with the correct part? Thank you.

We don't carry this exact sash guide, but take a look at our 18-171. Review our dimensions and see if this can be used as a substitute.
