Window sash/balance spring replacement

Classic double hung non tilt windows. Left side sash cord broke. Only numbers on the sash are 22r. Can't seem to find a match. Windows are solid wood with igcc glass.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This appears to be a ribbed balance. We're happy to look into this but we'll need to see photos of the whole assembly removed from the window, along with the shoe.
Additionally, can you confirm the weight of the window sash and the length of the balance's metal channel?
