I recently ordered and received the window channel balancers from you but just found out these parts are broken and need to identify and order.
Can you look at the pics and help me identify and order to replace?

This is the old Milgard top sash guide. Unfortunately, they don't make it anymore, but our 18-009 will work well as a replacement. The catch is that you will have to trim down the top edge so that its flush with the body, otherwise it wont fit in the window.
