Window sash/spring rod identification

Hello there. I'm trying to identify the above. It's 22.5 inches long (metal rod only). It has "22 4 BSI TO" on the side. The windows themselves have "INSULATE" in relief on the locks/latches.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 22-7/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check to be safe.
In the meantime, can you show us a straight shot of the bottom fitting from the front? You can use the image below as a reference for what I mean. Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to replace?
