The operators look ok and function well but need lubrication? The sash tracks and lower window inserts are rusted thru. the operator arms are 20810 of which I need 2 pair of left and right. And 3084of which I need 1pair of sash tracks and window inserts. Originally Marvin windows Truth Entry Guard. Thank you
