Thanks for your question. These screen corners are in fact for Bayform which are no longer in business nor are these exact corners supplied anymore. But, I still think we can help you with this. See if you could make either our 95-205 or 95-206 work for you. These are made for a 3/8" thick frame. The 95-206 has a flange overlap, but do you think you could cut that off and adapt it to your frame? Get back to us and let us know.

Im also looking for the screen pins for this screen any idea. I feel like they have spring inside but not sure how you get spring into frame.

This is all I can get they are so brittle doesnt take any pressure or they break.

Thanks! We have two different sized pins that may work for you. See our 70-008 with a 7/32" head or our 70-009 with the smaller 5/32" head. See if either can work for you.
