Window screen clips

Hi, my landlord is having trouble locating these window clips and an AI recommended that come here and ask you. The window dimensions are 38 high 30 wide inches each. These clips also fit in larger windows elsewhere in the house. This house was built around 2013 as a Habitat for Humanity project perhaps that's useful information. I can't find any brand names for the screens or the Windows themselves anywhere on any window in the house, unfortunately. I'm in Kalamazoo Michigan. Thank you.
