Window screen corners

Good morning

We are looking for the screen corners for our windows. We are not sure of the manufacturer but have attached a picture of the sticker found in a window. The top corners have a molded nub like ramp and are marked right and left to retain the tops of the screens. The bottom corners have the open pull section.
