Thanks for reaching out to us! We may be able to help with this. Can you write out the thickness of the screen frame? That should help narrow down some options.
Looking at your screen frame dimensions, they appear to be 5/16" thick and 3/4" wide though it's hard to read accurate dimensions from photos of a tape measure. Take a look at the two corners related on this page, the 95-031 and 95-274. Review the specifications and see if you think you can adapt one to your screen frame.
