Window screen frame corners

Can't find a marking on frame of possible manufacturer. I had to drill out all of the corners. They were dimpled in on the ends of frames. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we are not able to make out exact dimensions from photos, which is why we need you to write-out the thickness of the frame opening.

We were not able to locate a corner that matches the one shown in your photos. It seems that the manufacturers stopped making this type of screen with heavier frames. Most manufacturers today are using lighter roll metal screen frames. I'd suggest checking with a local hardware store in your area that might have some backstock of these corners.
