Window screen holder

The frame of the window screen has four holes. Two holes on either side of the frame. This part is one of the parts that goes through one of the holes and is turned to hook the window frame. The white knob is then turned to secure / pull the screen frame to the actual window frame. There is also a spring that goes on the shaft of the item between the "L" and the white knob.
