Window screen spline

Question

Am trying to rescreen some 40+ year old Pella window screens.  The largest spline material I can find is .175 and that is too small to fit in the goove. The existing spline is a metal product.  Need a larger diameter spline AND the roller to use on it.  PLEASE help!!!!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I believe you may be able to use our 59-270 foam screen spline. It fits into a screen groove approximately 17/64". Take a look and get back to us with some thoughts.
