Window seal

Contractor from Beaverton Oregon

There is no window manufacturer information. The windows appears to be a wood clad with aluminum exterior.

Would like to identify the seal around the window, see pictures.

We may be able to provide the seal you need for this window, but it's unfortunately not possible to ID a match based on the provided photos. We'll need you to remove a small and undamaged sample of the original and show us a clear photo of the end profile. The video below will go into more detail as to what I mean.

The seal cannot be easily removed. It seems like other components would need to be removed first or it might break trying to pull it out. Are these photos any better? Anyway to determine window manufacturer? Thanks,
Linda

I'm afraid these pictures don't show me anything new. It is possible that the channel in which the seal inserts is sealed on the ends, meaning you'd have to make a cutout to remove it. As for brand name, there may be a name somewhere on the frame; check for a sticker that might tell you who made it. Just note that even that probably won't help; manufacturers use tons of different seals for their windows, and there's vey often a lot of overlap. At the end of the day, physical reference is going to be your only hope.
