I'm hoping you can help me determine what type of seal I need to replace these on all my windows? Windows are about 20-25 yrs old just seals need replacement.

Thank you for the additional photos! It's tough to say what you could have here since the seal is so damaged. The 58-171, 58-182, and 58-183 come to mind though these are just educated guesses. If possible, we recommend you compare the specifications with an undamaged sample to determine the best match.
