Window seal replacement

I am trying to replace all of the seals on the windows on my new home. there are no identifying marks on the window so i don't know the brand. These strips have all cracked and are hanging down when the window is open. They slide into place. There is foam in the circle and also in the strip above. Please let me know if you have this part. I need many.
