Window seals

I have 9 double hung windows measuring at 27 1/2 x 21 1/2. Looking for bottom rubber seal and side felt seals. Appreciate the help, thanks.

These windows are mastic windows as well. From around 2005.

Have couple more pics. Looks like 1/2 inch from bottom of seal. Seal looks flat though not round at all. Could be all the years on it though. Top piece on window is just shy of 1/2 inch.

Looking for square pads on each corner too.

Probably is half inch from bottom of weather strip to top. Then about 1/2 inch on winfow not a 1/4. I know hard to see. Trying my best with pics
It is round not flat other pic was no good. Just seal is smashed
