Window seals

Question

Hello, my windows were put in our home in 1992 and they are casement type windows and we are looking for the seal rubber to replace on the windows. I am not sure what it is called, but hopefully you can direct me

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you remove an undamaged sample of the old seal? We'd like to see a clear photo of the end profile specifically. That will allow us to determine if we have a comparable match.
