Hello we ordered the wrong part and need to return and replace with the right part. the pictures attached are of the correct part we need its skinnier than the one received, is there a way to get a fast turnaround on this maybe even over night. the order number is 1771773 the brackets are correct it only the shoes we need to replace

Sorry to hear the Series 210 was not the balance system you need. I am wondering if you need the Series 161 instead. The Series 210 assembly is 7/8" thick, whereas the Series 161 is 9/16" thick. Please compare the thickness of your old assembly to confirm this is what you need. To know what spring weights you need, weigh your window sash.
