Window shoe

Question

I would like to replace these shoes. They are difficult to figure out where to press open or close.
My window reads 20R. Please suggest which shoe would work best for me.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The knife lock shoe shown here reminds me of the ribbed Series 751 but I'm not sure if the shoe it comes with is the same as yours. May we see a photo of an undamaged shoe removed from the window?
