Window shoe came out with the window

A home owner from Muskegon Mi says:
The window shoe(black piece?) came out with the window and now wont go back in. I cant lift the keeper mechanism (red piece ?) up enough to insert the shoe. Attached are pics.

If you aren't able to get the cam back in the shoe, then you will need an all new shoe. They aren't really meant to be removed and you may have damaged it beyond repair.

We can help, but I would like you to tell me the exact thickness of your shoe first. If it's 9/16", then you can use our 15-121 as a replacement.
