Window shoe for spiral tilt window - rear

Hello. Could you please tell me which part I would need to replace our window shoe? The attached pics are installed and removed one that is broken.
Dimensions are: 2" H X 1.25" L X .5" D

Thanks for posting, Tracy. The design of your shoe is similar to our 15-210, and the dimensions are also similar. Look it over and see what you think.
