I need help identifying this part. don't know who makes the window.markings are PAT# 4810108 I think.Let me know if you need any other info. Thanks, Mark

Hey Mark. This looks a 15-195B T-Lock Shoe, with a 1-1/4" width and an open cam (i.e., you can see through the back of it). Let me know if you agree, or if you have any other questions.
