Window single hung pivot bar

A home owner from Fairfax, VA says:

Looking for something close to the dimensions in the pictures. Basically 6 cm long and the head is at about 1 cm in diameter.
I only need couple of those.
Also I could use a balance for that same window. Any help would be very much appreciated

Hello! Your pivot bar appears very close in design to our 26-466. This may be what you need but look it over and see what you think.
