Window slid stopper

A handy person from Florida says:
Good afternoon. I'm trying To find this plastic piece that is screwed onto the top of both sides of the windows. They are all around 20 years old and dry rotted and breaking cashing the windows to not stay up and fall down. Does your company happen to carry these parts or know where I can find them? I couldn't seem to find any make or model identification on the frames or the glass. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello there!

The part you're referring to is called a top sash guide. We'd certainly be happy to assist but we would need to see photos of an undamaged version removed from the sash to help narrow down some options.

A handy person from Florida says:
Ok perfect thank you. See attached photos of the part removed from the window.

I also need new weather stripping for the windows and was wondering if you had this type in stock. See attached photos I've also added a pic of a sticker I found on the window to maybe show what make and model it is. The weather stripping seems to be a solid rectangle that going into the base of the window with a single flap angulated downward.

Thanks for getting back to us! I recommend taking a look at our 18-166 and 18-009 top sash guides. Look over their dimensions and compare them with yours to see how they match up.

I'm afraid I can't determine what weatherstripping you have from these photos. Could you remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profile? The video below will go into more detail.
