This metal piece has broken and came out from inside the plastic part in other picture.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell these metal cams separately. However, the balance assembly reminds me if the Series 161 from what I can see. Review the specifications and see what you think. There should be a stamped number on the cartridge that will indicate what weight option to select.
