Thanks for reaching out to us. This is an old-style balance that isn't made anymore. The Series 775 should work for you though. You'll just need to measure the length of the balance as shown below, measure the width of the shoe and weigh the window sash to choose the appropriate spring strength option. There's a chart on the S775's product page under the product description that will show you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
